United Washington Hararis

Assalamu Aleikum;

UWH has come along way to its present stage with the relentless effort of few individual. The time, effort, and material they invested
on this organization has given us an organization that we should be proud of. The organization has reached to another level by committing
itself in helping not our community in washington only, but extending its service to Hraris in Harar. As members of our afocha, everyone
of us should be thankful to those who are leading our organization on this right path. In the same token, we should extend our help and
assistance to keep and advance these achievments we are enjoing. Having said that as a member one should ask how should I extend
my contributions to UWH?

To reply to the above question, One should:
- 1) Identify the present needs of UWH.
- 2) What are the strengthes and weaknesses of UWH
- 3) What were my Contributions ?
- 4) Did I,as a member, do anything to improve the Orgnization? If not, why not?
- 5) As a member, Am I a type that only wants to share the fruits rather than implanting the seed?
- 6) As a member, Did I ever acknowledged the efforts of the individuals who are trying to do their best instead of bashing them?
- 7) ....etc.....

Dear members;
We should use this forum to enhance our strength. Reflecting our views in regard to UWH, will take us to a higher level where our
washington Hararis will be comfortable. Thinking in advance and preparing for the future will put us on the right path. Discussion
is a tool for action. Let us discuss and keep this forum Vibrant and Usefull.
